1 zucchini • 2 eggs • 1 cup Greek drinking yogurt
½ cup chickpea flour • ½ cup flax flour • 1 cup regular flour •
salt, pepper + a pinch of baking soda (with lemon)
mix until thick & creamy.
bake until golden ✨
