1. 人与人之间的合一
当彼此相爱、彼此扶持时，关系会更坚固。
2. 神在人与人中间
会把三股绳理解为：
* 第一股：你
* 第二股：我
* 第三股：神
当神成为关系的中心，无论是婚姻、家庭或团队，就会更加稳固。

在团队，这句话是非常有帮助。

一个优秀的团队，不是因为每个人都很厉害，而是因为大家能够彼此配搭。

* 第一股：共同的异象（Vision）
大家朝着同一个目标前进。
* 第二股：团队成员（People）
每个人发挥不同恩赐，彼此补足，而不是彼此竞争。
* 第三股：神的带领（God）
让神成为团队的中心，以祷告、爱和真理来引导团队。

这样的团队，即使遇到困难、压力或挑战，也不会轻易瓦解。

一个人可以走得快，但一群同心的人可以走得更远。

一根绳子容易断，两股绳已经更坚固，而三股合成的绳子更不容易折断。团队真正的力量，不只是来自能力，而是来自彼此信任、彼此扶持，以及神在我们中间的同在。

当我们拥有共同的异象、同心同行，并让神成为团队的中心时，这个团队就能面对挑战、胜过困难，并完成神所托付的使命。

* Together We Stand, Stronger in Christ.
* 同心合一，坚不可摧。

团队真正的力量，不是来自某一个领袖，而是来自每一个成员彼此连接，当这三方面都紧密结合时，就像三股合成的绳子，不容易折断，也能承载更大的使命。

A great team is not built because every individual is exceptionally talented, but because everyone is willing to work together and complement one another.

The three strands can also represent:

First Strand: One Vision
Everyone moves toward the same purpose with unity and commitment.

Second Strand: People
Each member uses their unique gifts and strengths to serve, encourage, and complete one another rather than compete with one another.

Third Strand: God
When God is the center of the team, His wisdom, love, truth, and guidance lead every step we take.

When these three strands are woven together, the team can withstand challenges, pressure, and difficulties without falling apart because God is with us.

As the saying goes:

“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”

A single cord is easily broken. Two strands are stronger. But a cord of three strands is not quickly broken.

The true strength of a team does not come from one outstanding leader. It comes from every member being connected in trust, mutual support, and unity, with God at the very center.

When we share one vision, walk together in unity, and allow God to lead us, we will overcome challenges, fulfill our calling, and accomplish the mission God has entrusted to us.

Let us always remember:

May H SL Team continue to grow in God’s grace—not only in numbers, but also in character, faith, love, and purpose. Let us keep building one another up, supporting one another, and keeping God at the center of everything we do as we faithfully fulfill the mission He has entrusted to us.

团队越大，不只是人数的增长，更是不断造就与提升自己的过程。

2026年，我们有展望、有期盼，也将一切交托在神的掌握之中。愿神丰盛地供应我们所需，使每一步都走在祂的恩典里。愿我们夫妻同心同行，彼此扶持，一同进入神所预备的美好季节。
感谢神一路以来的带领，让我们经历突破、看见成长，也收获许多美好的成果。愿我们手中的工作都蒙神赐福，所付出的努力都有美好的结实，所盼望的都按着神最好的时间成就。

愿未来的日子，继续在信心中前行，在恩典中成长，在神的祝福中丰盛有余。

Hard work honors perseverance, and perseverance builds a stronger version of ourselves.

As our team continues to grow, it is not just about increasing in numbers—it is about continually shaping our character, expanding our vision, and becoming better leaders. Every challenge is an opportunity to grow, and every act of perseverance lays the foundation for greater achievements.

As we step into 2026, we do so with hope and expectation, entrusting everything into God’s hands. We believe that His plans are always good and His timing is always perfect. May God richly supply all our needs and guide every step we take with His grace, wisdom, and favor.

May my spouse and I continue to walk together in unity, encouraging and strengthening one another as we build our family, our team, and the purpose God has entrusted to us. Together, may we enter the wonderful season that God has prepared.

We thank God for His faithful guidance throughout this journey. He has enabled us to break through barriers, grow stronger, and experience abundant blessings. May He continue to bless the work of our hands, so that every effort bears lasting fruit, and may every hope be fulfilled according to His perfect timing.

May the days ahead find us walking by faith, growing in grace, supporting one another in love, and living in the abundance of God’s blessings. To Him be all the glory!
