We’ll be taking a short break during the CNY period (16–25 February).
During this time, adjustments or follow up services will not be available.
To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend scheduling your appointments before the festive break so everything can be properly arranged 🤍

• CNY Appointment Notes 新春预约说明
A RM50 deposit is required (fully deducted on service day)
预约需 RM50 定金（当天全额抵扣）

• Each slot will be held for 15 minutes only
If you arrive late, the appointment will be cancelled
每个预约将保留 15 分钟 迟到将自动取消

• Any changes require at least (5) days’ notice
This is to allow rescheduling, subject to availability
如需更改 请至少提前（5）天通知 以免没有时段可更换

• Deposits are non-refundable during the CNY period
No-shows or late cancellations will result in deposit forfeiture

若未到或临时取消 定金将不予退还 敬请理解
