A customer found OG’Z-WIGS through a TikTok search 🔎 for “hair vendors in Aba.”
Her friend had seen the pixie curls she bought from us, loved it, asked for my contact and reached out.

She told me who referred her, and I was genuinely excited. 🥰💃🏽💃🏽💫✨

She asked for prices for different lengths, so I sent them.
A few minutes later:

“Is this not too expensive? Others are selling cheaper. Why is your own different? You are behaving like big brands. Nne, calm down so you won’t lose customers.” 🤯😡🤬

ME: “Okay Ma. But that’s the price.”

She said she would buy from an Instagram Big brand.

ME: “Okay Ma, all the best.” 😂

And let me confess… I was vexed. (Obi Mgbawa). 😭😂

I deleted all the videos I had sent her.
Customer service ended at “all the best.” 😂🤣

Meanwhile, we had already discussed what would actually suit her.
her height, face shape, desired style, length and the right grams.

Because at OG’Z-WIGS, I’m not just trying to collect your money and shout, “Thank you, come again.” 😂

Consultation matters.
I want you to buy hair that suits you, not just something that looked good on somebody else.

Anyway…
She went ahead and bought from the Instagram vendor.
Two weeks later, she came back. 😂
Apparently, what she ordered elsewhere was SASSY CURLS instead of PIXIE CURLS. 😭😂
Wrong hair.
Wrong length.
Wrong grams.

At this point, even the hair was confused. 😂😂😂
And guess where she came back?

OG’Z-WIGS. 😌

She made payment. 😀😂✨
Ahia oma sells on its own. 💞✨💫🥂

Sometimes, you don’t need to convince anybody.
The market will conduct the practical. 😂😂

And this is why I take my clients’ consultations seriously.

When you shop with OG’Z-WIGS, I’ll tell you what works, what may not work and what will give you the look you actually want.
And after payment? I’m still here to guide you on how to maintain and care for your hair properly.

So if you want a vendor who will simply say:
“Anything you want, Ma.”

…I may not be your girl. 😂

But if you want someone who will say:
“Ma, that length may not give you the look you’re trying to achieve.”
or
“This style will suit you better.”

Come. Let’s talk. 😂🥰
