This morning at All Saints Catholic Parish, I witnessed something that deeply touched my soul.
I had gone to see Fr Jude Anene during his usual office hours, which he holds every Tuesday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. I arrived expecting to meet the normal activities that usually follow morning Mass — people moving around, conversations here and there, parishioners waiting to see the priest.
But what I encountered today was completely different.
The Holy Mass had already ended, and the church had become unusually quiet. As I stepped into the church, I noticed that only two people remained before the Blessed Sacrament — Father Jude and a woman.
Nothing dramatic.
No crowd.
No music.
No noise.
Just a priest kneeling silently before Jesus in adoration.
The atmosphere inside the church was indescribable. The entire sanctuary was saturated with the presence of God. It was one of those moments where words become inadequate and silence begins to speak louder than sound.
Father Jude was completely lost in prayer, unmoved by the emptiness around him. There was no sign that he was trying to impress anyone. In fact, there was practically nobody there to notice him. Yet, in that hidden moment of devotion, one could feel the reality of God so strongly.
I stood there in total bewilderment.
In a world filled with noise, distraction, and hurried spirituality, seeing a priest remain behind after Mass simply to adore Jesus in silence was astonishing. No preaching. No announcements. No performance. Just pure love and reverence before the Blessed Sacrament.
At that moment, something struck me deeply:
The true strength of a priest is not only seen on the altar before the congregation, but in the secret place where he kneels before God when nobody is watching.
Instinctively, I took a video of the moment — not merely to capture an event, but because I did not want to forget what true devotion looks like.
As I stood there quietly, I realized I was witnessing something sacred beyond ordinary explanation. The silence in that church carried weight. It carried peace. It carried Presence.
Today was more than a visit.
It was an encounter.
A true wow experience that I may never fully find words to explain.

ANOTHER WORKERS' DAY

Do not trade your future for temporary pleasure.
Do not sacrifice your destiny on the altar of laziness.
Do not let social media consume you without producing value through you.
Instead, build.
Create.
Learn.
Grow.
Stay focused.
The world rewards those who show up daily with purpose and discipline.
As you celebrate today, make a renewed commitment to excellence in all you do. Let your work speak for you. Let your results announce you.
