Support liver detoxification and balance hormones

31/07/2026

A cup of ginger tea every morning and night, plus green tea, and watch fibroids shrink

I said let me share this update for you all to see.

Some people think we're joking when we share what we've seen and experienced over the years. Read the replies from others and see their experiences.

Now let me ask you...

You're battling fibroids.

Are you taking ginger?

Do you even have green tea at home?

Research suggests that compounds in green tea may help support fibroid management, and many women include ginger as part of an anti-inflammatory lifestyle.

Yet some people are battling fibroids and are not taking green tea or ginger at all.

Just dey play. πŸ˜„

Ladies, do you currently drink green tea, ginger tea, both, or neither? Tell me in the comments. πŸ‘‡πŸ½

If you're not passing stool every day, your hormones could be paying the price. 🚨

Many women battling fibroids, PCOS, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, painful periods, or infertility don't realize that one of the most important parts of hormone balance happens in the toilet.

Let me explain.

Your liver works day and night to remove excess estrogen from your body. It packages that used estrogen and sends it into your bile.

Your gallbladder releases that bile into your intestines.

Now here's what is supposed to happen...

You should pass stool, and that excess estrogen leaves your body.

Simple.

But if you're constipated or you're not emptying your bowels regularly, that waste sits in your intestines for too long.

The longer it stays there, the greater the chance that some of the estrogen can be reabsorbed into your bloodstream instead of leaving your body.

That means your liver worked hard to remove it... but your gut sent some of it right back.

Over time, poor bowel habits can make it harder for your body to keep hormones balanced. Hormone imbalance can contribute to symptoms like heavy periods, severe PMS, breast tenderness, and it may play a role in conditions such as fibroids in some women.

This is why I always ask my clients:

"How often do you pass stool?"

I'm not asking to be funny.

I'm asking because your gut is a major part of your hormone health.

If you're not going to the toilet regularly, don't ignore it. Your body is trying to tell you something.

Healthy hormones start with a healthy liver...

But they also need a healthy gut to finish the job.

Gut first. Hormones second. Fertility third. ❀️

Now tell me honestly...

Do you pass stool every single day, or do you sometimes skip a day or two? πŸ‘‡πŸ½

Fibroids can regrow after surgery, but these can help reduce the risk of regrowth. πŸ‘‡πŸΎπŸ‘‡πŸΎ

🌿 Aidan Fruit (Prekese)

If you're not ready to go through a second or even a third fibroid surgery, then this is something to consider after your surgery.

How to use it:
Get 2 pieces of Aidan fruit (Prekese). Cut and wash them, then boil for 20 minutes. Drink the tea for 1 week before your period.

Also:
βœ”οΈ Balance your hormones. If your hormones are not balanced, there is a higher chance of fibroid regrowth.
βœ”οΈ Avoid junk food.
βœ”οΈ Maintain an alkaline, anti-inflammatory environment in your body by doing regular detox.

Ladies, have you ever experienced fibroid regrowth after surgery? Share your experience in the comments. πŸ‘‡πŸΎ

A lot of you are told you have fibroids, but you never ask what may be contributing to their growth.

You don't even think about checking your hormones.

You don't ask whether your estrogen levels are normal.

You don't ask whether your progesterone is balanced.

You don't ask whether your lifestyle could be affecting your hormonal health.

Instead, you're looking for one miracle product to fix everything.

Let me ask you:

Have you ever checked your estrogen level before?

Has your doctor ever discussed your hormone levels with you?

If you've been diagnosed with fibroids, have you taken the time to understand what could be contributing to their growth?

I'd love to hear from you in the comments.

Stop Depending on Castor Oil Alone!

Castor oil is a great oil, especially when it's infused with poke root. Traditionally, many people have used poke root castor oil as part of their wellness routine.

But hear me, my dear sister...

If you have been battling fibroids, ovarian cysts, PCOS, or endometriosis for months or even years, and the only thing you are using is castor oil, then it's time to change your approach.

Healing doesn't come from one product alone.

Every day, women message me saying, "I'm using castor oil," yet they are still in pain, still dealing with heavy periods, still struggling with the same symptoms.

Castor oil can be part of a wellness routine, but relying on it alone while ignoring everything else is not enough.

You need a complete approach.

That includes:

- Herbs that support your overall wellness.
- Poke root castor oil.
- A hot water bottle.
- A massage tool.
- Healthy lifestyle changes.
- Eating foods that support your body.

Many people spend hours searching social media for free remedies but never invest in a proper wellness plan. Yet they expect different results.

If you're serious about supporting your health, be serious about your actions too.

Stop relying on one product and expecting it to do everything.

Support your body with the right combination of herbs, supportive tools, healthy eating, and consistent healthy habits.

Your health is worth investing in.

FIBROID SERIES

Know What to Take as a Fibroid Warrior

Episode 1: Green Tea 🍡

Enough with the excuses.

If you're serious about supporting your body while managing fibroids, then pay attention to this series.

From today, I'll be introducing one herb at a time that has earned a place in a fibroid-supportive lifestyle.

Today's herb is GREEN TEA.

Why Green Tea?

βœ… Rich in antioxidants, especially EGCG, which helps protect your cells from oxidative stress.

βœ… Supports a healthy inflammatory response.

βœ… Helps support healthy hormone balance as part of an overall healthy lifestyle.

βœ… Supports liver function, which plays an important role in hormone metabolism.

βœ… Supports overall wellness and metabolic health.

How to take it:

Drink 1–2 cups of unsweetened green tea daily as part of a healthy lifestyle.

πŸ“Œ Your assignment today is simple: Go and buy green tea.

Stop saying, "I'll buy it later."

If you're committed to supporting your health, then start acting like it.

This is non-negotiable for anyone following this series.

Tomorrow, we'll move on to Herb #2.

Follow this page so you don't miss a single episode.

Starting today, I'm done trying to convince people who don't want to take their health seriously.

Whether you choose to take action or not is completely up to you.

If you keep postponing your health, don't be surprised when your symptoms become more difficult to manage.

Keep telling yourself, "I'll do it later."

Meanwhile, the pain continues.
The heavy bleeding continues.
The discomfort continues.
The challenges you're facing remain.

That money you've refused to invest in your health?

Keep holding on to it if that's the choice you want to make.

But remember, your health deserves to be a priority too.

The truth is, many people say they want healing, but they're not ready to make the lifestyle changes that support it.

From today, I'm no longer begging anyone.

My job is to educate.

I will continue sharing:
βœ”οΈ Foods that support hormone health.
βœ”οΈ Lifestyle habits that may help.
βœ”οΈ Herbs and natural approaches.
βœ”οΈ Ways to support your body and overall reproductive wellness.

What you do with that information is your decision.

Every day, I hear the same excuses:
"I don't have money."
"I'll get back to you."

Yet money is spent on many other things without hesitation.

You're still eating foods that don't support your health.
You're not making the changes your body may need.
You're not supporting your liver.
You're not working on balancing your hormones.
You're not ready to let go of habits that may contribute to hormone imbalance.

So from today, pay attention.

Read every post carefully.

Apply what you can.

If you choose to take your health seriously, I'm here to guide and educate you.

If you choose not to, that decision is yours.

It's your body.
You're the one living with the pain.
You're the one dealing with the heavy bleeding.
You're the one carrying the emotional and physical burden.

Many of you have shared your stories with me:
"Fibroids affected my fertility."
"I've experienced miscarriages."
"I'm struggling to conceive."

My heart goes out to you.

But information alone cannot change your situation. Action is what makes the difference.

I'll continue showing up to teach, educate, and support those who are ready to take responsibility for their health.

The choice to act will always be yours.
