🚨 Most people ask the wrong questions before buying land.
Everyone wants to know:
✔️ Is the title genuine?
✔️ Is the location good?
But very few ask:
“Do you offer instant allocation?”
That single question can save you months—or even years—of frustration.
I’ve seen investors who paid for land years ago and still haven’t been physically shown their plots.
In this video, I explain why instant allocation should be part of your due diligence before investing in any real estate company.

Every week teaches something new.
These are three business lessons that kept showing up in my conversations this week.
Which one resonates with you the most?

One of the benefits of spending time with different businesses is that you start to notice patterns.
This week, three lessons stood out to me:
• More customers don’t fix broken systems.
• Consistent follow-up wins more business.
• Businesses grow faster when they rely on processes instead of memory.
What lesson has your business taught you recently?
I’ve noticed that many real estate companies rely on spreadsheets to manage commissions.
That works for a while.
But as teams expand, manual processes become more difficult to maintain accurately.
Growing businesses need systems that grow with them.
What questions do you have about real estate operations?
One pattern I’ve noticed is that businesses often underestimate the cost of missed WhatsApp messages.
The challenge isn’t the app—it’s having no process to track conversations and follow up consistently.
A simple system can make a big difference.
How does your business manage customer chats?
One pattern I keep seeing is business owners carrying every responsibility themselves.
It feels productive, but it often slows growth.
Systems create consistency.
Delegation creates capacity.
And together, they give business owners room to think, lead, and grow.
Save this post if you’re working toward a business that doesn’t depend on you every minute.
I’ve noticed that many real estate companies respond to slow sales by increasing their marketing spend.
But before doing that, it’s worth asking:
How well are inquiries being managed?
How quickly are prospects contacted?
How consistent is the follow-up process?
Sometimes the biggest opportunity isn’t getting more leads—it’s managing existing ones better.
Where do you think most sales opportunities are lost?
One thing I’ve observed is that many businesses deliver excellent service but rarely ask for referrals.
Good experiences create trust.
Systems create consistency.
If referrals are important to your business, don’t leave them to chance.
What’s been your experience with customer referrals?
Notebooks and WhatsApp are useful tools.
But they shouldn’t be your entire business system.
Growth becomes easier when your information is organized and accessible.
How does your business keep customer records?
I’ve noticed that many real estate companies celebrate recruitment but pay less attention to what happens afterward.
Without ongoing support, accountability, and clear systems, even enthusiastic realtors lose momentum.
What’s your biggest challenge with managing realtors?
