5. **Hips to Mid-Thigh:** Two head lengths.
6. **Mid-Thigh to Knees:** One head length.
7. **Knees to Mid-Calf:** One and a half head lengths.
8. **Mid-Calf to Ankles:** One and a half head lengths.
9. **Feet:** The final head length.
