I once sat down to create one simple post.

Somehow, I ended up changing the font 15 times,
checking different templates, rewriting the caption and scrolling through other people's pages.

Two hours later…
I had created nothing. 😂

Sometimes the problem isn't that we don't know what to post.

We're simply making the process harder than it needs to be.

Now I ask myself:
What is the one thing I want someone to learn from this?

Once I know that, everything else becomes easier.

Sometimes you record while nervous.

Post while doubting yourself.

Learn from the awkward video.

Make another one.

Then another.

And somewhere along the way, you realize you're no longer afraid.

That's how you learn,grow and become confident.

Start before you feel completely ready.

🌹THE CANVA TRICK I WISH I KNEW EARLIER🌹

I used to spend too much time trying to make every design look completely different.

Different fonts.

Different layouts.

Different colours.

Different everything.

Then I learned something that made designing much easier:

Create a simple visual system and reuse it.

Choose:

• 2–3 fonts

• Your brand colours

• A few layout styles

• Consistent spacing

• A recognizable footer

Now you don't start from zero every time.

You simply change the content.

That's how you make creating content less stressful.
