WHAT IS OMEGA-3?
Omega-3 oil or fish oil as it is often called, are oils commonly gotten from plants and marine life, they contain omega-3 fatty acids, and many contain vitamins A and D.
Omega-3 is PRESENT throughout the body, especially in the brain, retina, and s***m cells. THE BODY CANNOT PRODUCE OMEGA-3 ON ITS OWN, however, so people need to obtain it from DIETARY SOURCES and SUPPLEMENTS.

WHAT YOU EAT IN PRIVATE YOU WEAR IN PUBLIC
On a slow cozy Friday night as the stars were making haven in the sky.
Tinuke's world was going through a series of disasters like a tsunami and hurricane on a cold August rain while sailing on a boat in the middle of the sea.
She had just ended a 5years relationship where she thought was leading to the permanent site as the ship was sailing smoothly with no arguments or outright misunderstanding till that Friday night, after too many lame excuses from her "ex-man".
Now she has no one to cry to, except the cold bowls of ice cream to numb her tongue expecting it to seize the tears rolling down her chubby make-up blushing cheeks.
6months later she has made more friends with 8 fast-food joints around her (from her home to office and back) she visits them 3xs a week and that 3xs is like double of that with the kind of food, small chops, and snacks she orders and consumes in one sitting.
Now the business has a dinner event and she tried seeing if she could fit into that red dress she bought 6months ago with the precious stones tossed on them in a pattern so inviting you'd think you are in a trance.
..but the worst happened.
She couldn't fit in, making her end up splitting the dress's zip.
Oh! She was pi**ed, then she ordered another dress, paid extra for express delivery, and still ended up having her fat tummy at war with the cloth's fabrics.
Tinuke pi**ed decides to do something about it, but that will be after the party where she dressed herself to looking like 3 hamburgers for a tummy, 4 fat turkey laps for legs.
At this moment after Tinuke saw the events picture, it dawned on her that she needed to do something, lest no man will love her if she doesn't love herself enough to look sexy for herself.
Then she got to handle her heartbreak, watch what she eats, how she eats, and when she eats while working out 3days a week with her gym instructor.

They found out that individuals that were overweight ranged from 20.3%-35.1%, while obesity ranged from 8.1%-22.2%.
