Saw that Okwuluora kidney failure video in Enugu, and I just thought;

Beans – Sniper or cement.

Palm oil – Red dye + water.

Fried plantain chips – Either transformer oil to save cost, or vegetable oil + nylon to make it shiny and hard.

Fufu – . detergent, to ferment cassava in hours instead of days.

Kpomo – Formalin to preserve it for longer.

Fresh fish – Industrial dye.

Unripe pineapple and banana – Ripened within hours using chemicals.

Mango – Ripened overnight by putting it inside smelly gutter water.

These are just a few examples. Meanwhile, Nigerian yam and beans have reportedly faced restrictions in some European markets because of concerns about excessive pesticide residues from improper use.

We virtually consume some of these things daily, and then we wonder why we are seeing increasing cases of kidney and liver problems.

I saw this on Twitter and felt the need to reshare it. We are becoming a terrible people, so lacking in empathy, conscience and kindness. What happened to caring about the health and lives of one another?

🌅 WHY MORNING STRETCHING IS ONE OF THE BEST WAYS TO START YOUR DAY..

Many people wake up, grab their phone, and rush into the day without giving their body a chance to prepare. After 6–8 hours of sleep, your muscles and joints can become stiff because they haven't been moving. This is why many people feel tightness in their back, neck, hips, or shoulders when they first get out of bed.

Morning stretching is a simple habit that helps your body wake up naturally. It improves flexibility, increases blood circulation, and helps deliver oxygen and nutrients to your muscles. As your blood begins to flow more efficiently, your body feels more alert and ready for the day's activities.

Stretching also helps improve posture by loosening tight muscles and supporting better movement. If you spend long hours sitting at a desk, driving, or standing at work, starting your day with a few minutes of stretching can help reduce stiffness and make movement feel easier throughout the day.

Another benefit is stress relief. Gentle stretching combined with slow, deep breathing helps relax both the body and mind, leaving you feeling calmer and more focused.

You don't need a long workout. Just 5–10 minutes of gentle stretching every morning can help improve mobility, reduce stiffness, and prepare your body for the day ahead.
Your body is your home—take a few minutes each morning to care for it.
