💌 Your ends(tip of your hair) are the oldest part of your hair, which means they’ve gone through heat, friction from clothes, weather changes, product buildup etc.

💌 Over time, the cuticle (your hair’s protective layer) wears out. Once that layer is compromised, your ends lose moisture faster hence become weak and start to split
And those splits don’t stay there… they travel upwards and this is how you lose more length than you realize.

💌 Avoiding trims to “keep length” is exactly what keeps you stuck. Because instead of losing a small, controlled amount, you gradually lose more length unevenly through breakage. So you end up with thinner ends and uneven length
