The most confident women I have ever encountered are not women who never doubted themselves.
⭐They are women who simply stopped making doubt the final word.
🌟They stopped making failure mean something permanent about their worth.
⭐They failed and they kept moving. They were afraid and they acted anyway.
⭐They were uncertain and they showed up regardless.

Confidence is not the absence of fear but the decision to move despite it.

One such defining decision is the privilege of mentorship and community through the 100 Ladies Club of outstanding women. An initiative by Apostle Femi Lazarus, a remarkable pan-African leader. This isn't hype; Africa needs unconventional leaders like AFL to move from the Stone Age to modernity, enabling us to sit at the global table.

This is among the many activities that redefined and shaped me in the first half of 2026, and I am pleased to share it.
