Eat vegetables, fruits, avocados, nuts etc.
Cut down on sugar intake.

Exercise ( dancing, squats, brisk walking etc) dey help boost blood flow and stimulate release of hormones.
πRest well --- sleep is not luxury. Na necessity.
Hormones balance well, when you sleep well.
π Reduce stress through deep breathing, taking breaks, prayers, positive self affirmations etc.
πCommunicate with your partner
