As a Virtual Assistant, one of the most valuable things I do is create clarity before a single task is handed over. That means asking the right questions upfront:

— What exactly needs to be delivered?
— Who is it for?
— What should it achieve?
— What are the constraints?
— What does success actually look like?

When those questions are answered before work starts, everything runs smoother. Fewer revisions. Less back-and-forth. Better outcomes.

A brief isn't just paperwork. It's the difference between a project that lands and one that frustrates everyone involved.
