ITS been a while, since I came around but I'm back , miss my pencil and paper

Exercising everyday is essential to our health , so if you wanna boost your life span like a spinning wheel, simply take a walk , do the jogging, do the sit-ups and do the squarts. And also add up good nutrition, by drinking at least ten glass of water everyday, that's around five water sachets,

Eat less fatty protein, like milk,🍶🍼 yoghurts, fish🐟🐠, chicken, 🐓🐓olive🍈🍈, almonds🌰🌰, avoid too much meats 🍣as this contains excess fat. Avoid alcohol🍺, beer,🍻🍻🍷 smoking, 🚬🚬, take herbs🍵☕ that are good for our health like, green tea, bay leafs, bitter leafs, neem, moringa, garlic, so much more,
Eat less carbs 🍞🍜🍚 and more grains🌽🌾 and nuts 🌰🌰🌰, eat at least trice daily, avoid late night meals, don't lie down immediately after a meal, and stay safe say yes to healthy living.🌱🌱🌱🌱🍀🍀🍀😊☺😇😇🙋🙋💪👌✊✋☝👆👊👍 God bless you all
