SHEF FREE MEDICAL OUTREACH IN DAWAKI ✅*
On the *15th of August, 2026*, Smilexx Health Endowment Foundation -SHEF - SHEF* in collaboration with *Distinguished Senator Mohammed Sani Musa 313* successfully held a *Free Medical Outreach* for 150 Elderly Persons at *Suleja Township Hall, Dawaki, Niger State*.
*Services Rendered:*
- Free Hypertension Screening & Treatment
- Free Diabetes Test & Treatment
- Free Arthritis & Ulcer Drugs
- Free Flu/Cold Treatment
- Free Medical Consultation
- Health Education
This initiative was made possible largely by SHEF, with appreciation to members of Senator 313’s family who supported with a token donation.
Our goal is simple: *Health for all, especially our mothers and fathers.*
We thank our volunteers, medical team, community leaders, NDLEA, and all beneficiaries who turned out.
This is just the beginning. *SHEF is seeking partnership to take this outreach to all LGAs* under Senator 313’s leadership.
Together, we can build a healthier community 💙

REQUEST FOR COLLABORATION TO REACH OUT TO MORE VULNERABLE AND UNDERSERVED COMMUNITIES IN ZONE B NIGER STATE, NIGERIA.
All Praises and Salutations belongs to Almighty God the king of King's, the one who made the heaven and earth, the judge who is also the witness on the day of recompense.
May his blessings and mercy be upon our noble Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu alaihi waalihi wassalam, his wives and his companions till the day of accountability Ameen .
Yesterday we successfully carried out a free medical Outreach Program in Dawaki, Suleja Niger State which was aimed at displaying our capabilities and competence to Distinguished Senator Muhammad Sani Musa 313. So that we could collaborate and carry out this same type of activities in all the 9 Local Government under his constituency. This program was solely sponsored by Smilexx Health Endowment Foundation -SHEF .
I want to use this wonderful moment to thank our dedicated and committed volunteers and Donors who have been contributing to this course may Almighty Allah continue to be with you and grant you Aljannatul Firdausi Ameen.
