* We are seeking a detail-oriented MEP QA/QC Engineer to ensure that all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works comply with approved specifications, international standards, and project quality requirements. The ideal candidate will oversee inspections, documentation, testing, and quality compliance throughout the construction process.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Conduct inspections of MEP installations to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
* Monitor the quality of MEP materials, workmanship, and installation throughout the project lifecycle.
* Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, test reports, and Non-

*Conformance Reports (NCRs).*
* Identify quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution.
* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and third-party inspectors on quality-related matters.
* Support testing, commissioning, and handover of completed MEP systems.
* Ensure compliance with international standards, applicable codes, and HSE requirements.
* Prepare periodic quality reports for project management.

*Requirements*
* HND/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in MEP QA/QC within the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of MEP installation practices, QA/QC procedures, and international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, etc.).
* Experience preparing QA/QC documentation such as ITPs, NCRs, and inspection reports.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, or other construction/project management software is an advantage.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively on active construction sites.

*Preferred
Qualifications*
* Professional certifications such as ISO 9001, PMP, LEED, ASME, or equivalent.
* Experience on large commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
* Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and BIM.

*Compensation*
Salary: ₦250,000 per month
