Beautiful weekend guys❤️❤️
I’m never throwing away my old T-shirt again.
I used my T-shirt as a headwrap today and I’m loving it 😊

P.S posting all the selfies I took cos I love them all.

It’s that simple to lose weight with Nigerian meals.
Sharing this because we eat too much carbohydrates in Nigeria.
P.S: Remember to cut down pasta, coke and other processed meals. They’re usually very high in calories and contain little to no fibres, so you’re more likely to gain weight with them.

ARE BRAIDS REALLY PROTECTING YOUR HAIR?

Some braids and so-called protective styles could actually be damaging your hair.
Your braider’s knowledge and technique plays a huge role in the health of your hair.

Forget that lie we were told, it’s not normal to experience pain during and after getting our hair done. In fact it’s a sign that your braider is pulling your hair too tight or the braids are too heavy for your hair.

If you ignore it, believing it that the pain will stop after a few days, then you’re putting the health of your hair and scalp at risk. Don’t be surprised if your hair starts falling or you lose a large amount of hair when you take the braids out.
