silicone scar tape is supposed to be simple ✨
A few things people don’t always realise:
• thicker doesn’t mean better
• silicone tape should be applied to clean, dry skin
• creams or scar gel underneath can affect adhesion
• consistency matters more than perfection
• and yes, it’s designed to be reusable 👏
Rinse with warm water and gentle soap, let dry completely, then reuse.

May is Skin Cancer Awareness Month ❤️
One of the biggest misconceptions about skin cancer is that it always looks obvious or dramatic.
Sometimes it’s just a spot that won’t heal.
Something that keeps crusting, bleeding, itching, or slowly changing over time.
And it’s not just something that happens to older people either.
I was 27 when I had skin cancer removed from my face.
If you notice something on your skin that doesn’t feel right, trust yourself enough to get it checked.
Getting checked early can make a huge difference 🤍

A few years ago, I had skin cancer removed from my face.
What shocked me most was that I never even considered it could be skin cancer. I was 27, and I think I’d always assumed skin cancer was something that happened to someone older, or after decades of sun damage.
But skin cancer doesn’t always look dramatic, and it doesn’t always happen later in life.
If you have a spot that’s changing, won’t heal, bleeds, or just doesn’t feel right, please don’t ignore it.
Getting mine checked when I did made all the difference.
