I was trying everything too, booked colonics, got a hair test done, I thought I had caught another parasite because it felt like the life was being sucked out of me…(if you’ve ever had a serious parasite you’ll know how it bed rids you and it feels like life is leaving your body..)

This was honestly beating and taking over my life the way I was feeling, and having whey protein in my smoothies I saw absolutely nothing wrong with it because it’s meant to be healthy!
And I used to have protein powder often years ago (90% of the time it was vegan so it made sense I never reacted like this)

Posting because I actually had a gf who was struggling a lot with the very same thing, called her and shared my discovery - she also cut out whey protein and has since recovered massively as well!

Big shout out to Award Winning & Nue Conceal Pro Artist and Educator who was actually the one who shared her story of her whey intolerance and if it wasn’t for her sharing with me, I’d have never figured it out at all!

what if exactly who they were is perfect and what they did was perfect- that it was exactly what they needed to do for their part of their own journey, to learn about them, and exactly what you needed for that part of your journey so you could learn about yourself.

and maybe the lesson doesn’t show up for a while, but to be experienced now for a lesson later.
