A few lil tips about sugar..
We all know that sugar is deemed "bad" but in my opinion it's how MUCH sugar are we (NZ's 2nd fattest nation in the world) is consuming. πŸ™ŠπŸ™ˆ

Sugar is a serious addiction! I'm addicted 100%. After reading this it has reminded me how bad artificial sweeteners are so they are getting the chop!

If you are wanting to try and reduce you sugar cravings make sure you have a magnesium and chromium supplement in your diet. 😎 They seriously help!

Last 3 sets I placed a low low box that I slightly touched on the down as i fatigued I wasn't getting as low.

Higher box, working on engaging the core and pushing knees out while driving up.

Hip extension really fires my glutes, one on my fave exercises for the b***y
