A few lil tips about sugar..
We all know that sugar is deemed "bad" but in my opinion it's how MUCH sugar are we (NZ's 2nd fattest nation in the world) is consuming. ππ
Sugar is a serious addiction! I'm addicted 100%. After reading this it has reminded me how bad artificial sweeteners are so they are getting the chop!
If you are wanting to try and reduce you sugar cravings make sure you have a magnesium and chromium supplement in your diet. π They seriously help!

B***y pump π building up my strength again also my squat technique π here is ma workout give it a goooooo.
πHigh bar squats 8x6
Last 3 sets I placed a low low box that I slightly touched on the down as i fatigued I wasn't getting as low.
π heavy box squats 6x4
Higher box, working on engaging the core and pushing knees out while driving up.
π barbell hip thrusts 12x3
Hip extension really fires my glutes, one on my fave exercises for the b***y
π superset 10x3
- Bulgarian lunges - amazing b***y pump
- stiff leg deadlifts - best for stretching and firing the hammies

A couple of my clients putting in the hard work leading up to Summer π.
