The first session of our Women's Self-Defense Course was an absolute success! The room was filled with incredible energy and a powerful sense of support. It was a safe space for us to learn, make mistakes, and grow stronger together.
​I'm so proud of each woman who showed up, stepped out of their comfort zone, and started this journey. We’ve only just begun, but I already see the focus and confidence building.
