Having a rant about the cold when I realised how bad some people around nz and the world have it with like not having a warm place to live, damp conditions especially here in Aotearoa, a lot of people can’t afford heating and live in damp cold conditions- so it got me feeling grateful and blessed after all to have a warm house to be in during the cold months of winter.

I’m no expert but I decided to make this and it is yummo .. can make however you like and add whatever you like but this doesn’t disappoint!!

Day 112 of being sick not day 7 update.

Well Sanitarium this is my new go to .. caramel flavoured protein up & go stop it already I’m obsessed. Been great to just grab when I been sick and haven’t been making my usual low calorie high protein shake.

So yeah quick update of Star Wars day may the 4th be with you .. a little bit sick but at least my voice sound a a bit better .. I’ll be good as gold

I used my real voice at the time I had laryngitis. I just had a quick thought about using it for this and so I did. I hope you think I put my voice to good use too.. what was left of it.

Can I go to work like this?

When you are sick and get laryngitis suddenly and your laugh is out of this world funny ..
