Following the snacksident, labelling helps avoid over eating or trying to read the microscopic nutrition label in a hypo ( hypoglycaemia ) low blood sugar, your body does not have enough sugar to function especially with brain and vision, you can also shake, sweat and feel horrible. If left untreated you will end up in a very serious condition, ie coma or death.
Brittle diabetes means I don’t feel these symptoms 90% of the time.

I have been working on recipes to make and see how I can reduce carbs and keep flavour and texture, man down today with a migraine tomorrow is another day.

Type 3c diabetes…
I have seen so many reels with people calling Alzheimer’s and dementia type 3 diabetes this is soo FALSE.
Type 3c diabetes is in my case surgically induced- i do not have a pancreas, yes I can live without my pancreas however my diabetes acts more like type 1, being insulin dependant and should be on an enzyme replacement.
It is also brittle, meaning i dont feel when i my body is in trouble.
This is very rare.

Type 3C diabetes, is a form of diabetes similar to type 1, in the sense of being reliant on insulin for everything from waking up, breakfast, exercise, house chaos, driving, shopping, lunch,chilling, dinner, balancing levels, carbohydrate counting, insulin adjustments not too much and not to little has to be just right or that too can be deadly.
Type 3c diabetics 9/10 times have had their pancreas removed or damaged from pancreatitis or cancer.
We also deal with EPI- endocrine pancreas insufficiency this cover the other part of our pancreas function aside from insufficient insulin. EPI - foul smelling gas, tummy cramping, oily floating stools of a light colour, steatorrhea, this is where PERT - pancreatic enzyme replacement theory comes in, in New Zealand we have creon, which does not agree with me another story for another day.

With regards to the diabetes part I want to discuss hypoglycemia-low blood sugar and hyperglycemia-high blood sugar which both can deadly, I will do a seperate post for this.
