Are you a passionate, talented beauty therapist who loves making people feel amazing, takes pride in their work, and is ready for an exciting new opportunity?

In2Shape is growing, and I’m looking for someone truly special to join me in my space here in New Plymouth.

I’m not just looking for someone to fill a position. I’m looking for someone who can become my right-hand person, someone who shares a passion for beauty, wellness, relaxation and creating an exceptional experience for every client.

What I’m looking for:

✨ Massage & relaxation treatments – someone confident and skilled in massage who understands the importance of creating a relaxing, nurturing experience.

✨ Beauty treatments – experienced in a range of beauty services, including skin treatments, facials, brows, lashes, waxing and more.

✨ Japanese Head and Foot Spa – this is a really exciting part of the role! I’m looking for someone who can master this specialised treatment and help make In2Shape the go-to destination for the Japanese Head Spa experience in Taranaki.

✨ Nails – a MUST! someone who can deliver beautiful, consistent BIAB and gel nails to a high standard, with an eye for detail.

✨ Independence & initiative – someone who is confident working alone, managing their day, looking after clients and helping keep the business running smoothly when I’m away.

✨ Growth & new ideas – someone who is keen to learn, bring fresh ideas to the table, explore new treatments and grow alongside the business.

The person I’m hoping to find:

Someone warm, caring, reliable, motivated and genuinely passionate about what they do. Someone who enjoys working as part of a team but is equally happy taking the lead, making decisions and using their initiative.

I want someone who treats the business with pride, like its their own, builds lovely relationships with clients and wants to be part of something special.

In2Shape is all about personalised treatments, relaxation, results and creating a welcoming little escape from the everyday. I’d love to find someone who connects with that same philosophy.

This role is part time, however as the business grows it will potentially become full time.

You will be expected to work at least every 2nd Saturday or Sunday (you choose) and two late nights a week (7.45pm latest) the rest can be discussed should you be successful.

I’m always careful about what products I bring into the clinic, and this one came about after trying it for myself!
