What a month… and it’s not over yet! 🙌

I’m so close to beating my best month for 2026, but this month has also reminded me that numbers aren’t everything.

I signed 2 properties and then made the difficult decision to give them back to the owner. It wasn’t easy and I questioned myself for days…...
Growth isnt always about what you take on but more about when to walk away!

I genuinely try to help and educate as many investors as I can, and sometimes doing the right thing means making the harder decision ❤️

Proud of this month, grateful for the trust… and we still have a few days to go! 😊

What a phenomenal and productive week! 🙌

7 new properties coming to market and available to rent, along with a number of Change of Agencies joining us too!

Last week I advertised a property that was still up for sale and in less than 7 days...
Lease signed and money in the bank. 🔥
Another went live Tuesday, settled yesterday and we held the first home open straight after settlement.

8 groups through and 4 great applications sent to the owner.
We should be able to approve today and have the lease signed and money in the bank by Monday! 🙌
Fast action. Less vacancy. Strong communication. Results.
