Two Ridges Botanicals and Distillery

A big couple of weeks here, working on improving fermentation and distilling processes, while making in roads on the cost of living. Making & growing our own goes a long way to staying away from the supermarkets, lamb, honey, w**e, mead, b**r, spirts, eggs, berries, nuts, apples, pears, apricots, cheeries, feijoa, veges are all on our hit list to save a few bucks, while eating our own produce.

🌿 TWO RIDGES – BOOKINGS NOW OPEN FOR OCTOBER & NOVEMBER 🌿
Come and enjoy a relaxed, hands-on botanical distillation experience at Two Ridges, near Kinloch.
We’ll be distilling Eucalyptus essential oil and Leyland hydrosol (or other available plants), giving you the chance to see and take part in the process from harvested plant material through to the finished product.
🔥 OCTOBER SEASON-OPENING SPECIAL – $50pp,
2.5hr average session length - normal price $65pp
Sessions are kept small and personal, generally 4–6 people, so there’s plenty of opportunity to get involved, ask questions and enjoy the experience rather than simply watching from the sidelines.
Larger groups are welcome by arrangement.
Bookings are now open for October and November.

To day at Two Ridges... separated some pear juice for w**e. No waste here. All pulp still, juice to w**e, with a little honey to top it up and give a little kick 😉
