What's new this month?

Cindy of Fitness has a Thursday 6:15pm strength class!! A 45-minute small-group strength training class for women who want to build muscle, improve confidence, and feel stronger in everyday life.
All levels welcome. Space is limited.

PiYo Continues most Tuesday's at 5:45pm - This is such a fun class that switches up every 4 weeks so it always stays fun, challenging, and fresh. If you're looking for a calorie burn - this is IT! Some of the ladies are burning more calories than they do on their mile plus long jogs!!

Catch Jen's Gentle Yoga on the mat the 16th and 23rd, both Sundays at 4pm.

Looking for some summer fun? Maybe it'll turn into your new winter hobby! Irish Stick is where it's at - Saturday's at 10:15am. Trish and John will instruct you on the unique art of Irish Stick. You'll learn basic movements to build off of. Beginners welcome!!
