This Valentine’s special is a gluten-free Earl Grey chocolate cake made with olive oil for the softest, most luscious tea infused crumb - layered with a silky Earl Grey ganache that meits like a love letter.

Crafted in collaboration with x .ph depth to delicate earthy notes.

Meet our Hōjicha - the cozier cousin of matcha.

A Japanese roasted green tea with a naturally nutty, toasty flavor and low caffeine - perfect for your slow mornings or cozy afternoons here at Sala and Vaked.

Smooth, earthy, and gently sweet without the bitterness.
If you love matcha but want something lighter and more comforting, this one’s for you.

We’d personally recommend this to a starting matcha or tea drinker based on our neighbors experience. A milder take for the rich and earthy tones of the matcha. Curious how we make it?

Hōjicha line is now available starting February 1. But if you request it today, we’re more than happy to make it for you. Come swing by and we’re ready to whisk you a variety of our new drink line up, Neighbors!

Our entry this year, we’re starting and choosing mindful sweetness. Dates in our coffee mean natural flavor, natural sweetness, gentler energy, and a healthier way to enjoy your daily cup at Vaked.

When we started, it was always centered in giving better and healthier alternative for us (family) and choosing to only use unrefined sugar while still enjoying sweet treats daily. So now, we’re adding dates not only to our baked goods but also to our coffee offerings.

Have it hot while the weather is cozy or over iced. Either way, it’s equally delicious!

Oh, and fun fact!
We’ve been secretly offering zero calorie sweetener (monk fruit) as a substitute to our house-made syrup to give our neighbors more options. Just request our baristas your preferences and we’re more than happy to give suggestions and recommendations to taylor your drinks.

We know it’s a little late for the greetings online but we’re happy to report that we’ve been enjoying our personal chats with you all. Thank you to all of you who have tried, dropped by, repeatedly supported us. Excited to hear your short stories, milestones over coffee.
