👗 Gown Rental Terms & Conditions
📌 Reservation
• A ₱500 Reservation & Security Deposit is required to reserve your chosen gown.
• This amount is separate from the rental fee and is not deductible from the rental cost.
• Reservations are confirmed only after the ₱500 deposit has been paid.
💳 Rental Fee
• The full rental fee must be paid upon pick-up of the gown.
💰 Security Deposit Refund
• The ₱500 Security Deposit will be refunded in full once the gown is returned:
• Within 7 days from the pick-up date, and
• In the same good condition as when it was released.
❌ Cancellation Policy
• If you cancel your reservation for any reason, the ₱500 Reservation & Security Deposit is non-refundable.
📅 Return Policy
• The gown must be returned within 7 days from the pick-up date.
• Late returns will result in the forfeiture of the ₱500 Security Deposit.
⚠️ Damages & Loss
• Customers are responsible for any excessive stains, tears, missing accessories, or loss of the gown beyond normal wear and tear. Additional charges may apply depending on the extent of the damage.
