APSA was honored to participate in the CAPSA-RIPRISA Joint Training Seminar held on August 6, 2026, at the Ynares Event Center in Antipolo City.

During Plenary Session 4, Ms. Therese "Tesa" Dela Cruz, APSA’s VP for Training, Research and Development, delivered an inspiring talk entitled "Cultivating Well-Being: Stronger Educators, Empowered Classrooms." She emphasized how Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) and educator well-being build the foundation for a positive school climate.

Her discussion also aligned with DepEd’s "Ensuring a Safe and Motivating Learning Environment" (ESMLE) framework, reinforcing how SEL, positive discipline, and school safety go hand-in-hand to cultivate empowering learning spaces for every student.

- Assist in the development and review of academic tests
- Encode and process test data of 1,000+ students on a daily basis
- Sort, match, and cross-reference student records using Excel
- Prepare and disseminate individualized test results via email
- Assist with data consolidation, report generation, and other Excel-related tasks

🔹 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆:
✅ Psychology students or recent graduates
