Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.” – Martin Luther King Jr.
Discrimination can happen anytime and anywhere. It can happen on gathering ,malls and even on the streets. If you think that you have a good day why not spread that ray of light on to others too by showing sympathy, respect, and fairness towards one another.
Let's all be VERY MINDFUL of our actions✨
VERY DEMURE on how we treat others ✨and
VERY CUTESY on how we behave not just in public places but in all places ✨.
Together let's build an environment where insensitivity would not foster.💗💗

ALWAYS REMEMBER WE ALL BLEED THE SAME, REGARDLESS OF RACE, CREED, OR COLOR.
Hi! Let me ask a question..
How many times did you overhear a peer tell jokes about black people?

"EVERY COLOR, EVERY YOU IS REPRESENTED BY ME AND YOU"
3 out of 5 people experiences racial discrimination in various forms including work, education, and opportunity. One must step forward to break this cycle. LET IT BE YOU!
Racial discrimination is an entrenched evil which affects virtually all aspects of life, be it the issue of education, employment, or health care. While more specific to certain countries, racism exists within our very own society. Bias according to social media and foreign influence are shaping among the younger generations.
This type of discrimination leads to exclusionary environments along with lesser opportunities available to these groups:
Institutional Racism: Many policies favor certain racial groups leading to unequal treatment. Black Americans are locked up at rates five times the rate of White Americans, which puts a wrench on the health and stability of their respective communities.
Cultural Racism: Stereotypes found throughout media and culture lead to racism in housing and employment. The lack of resources in many of the neighborhoods proves to be a poorer living situation and fewer opportunities for education and healthcare.
Daily Discrimination: Current discrimination in daily life persists. Studies show that applicants with "ethnic" names got calls half as often as those with "standard" names, and ended up garnering mountains of economic deprivation.
All of us should educate ourselves, work towards fair policies, and try to break these stereotypes. We have to move towards building a society where value is given to equality and diversity, promote inclusive and respectful environment and to speak out against racial behaviors when they arise. Let each one of us take the first step.
