What a priceless moment as the PQLBelles discovered the art of control—learning to guide the ball’s direction, strike with both power and softness, and master the delicate d**k.
Mark reminded us that it’s not always about attacking; sometimes, you need to slow things down, reset, and find your rhythm… just like in life 😉.
A huge thank you to Mark Price for sharing his wisdom and passion with us. 🙌 We’ll carry these lessons with us—both on and off the court!

The 1st PQLBelles Nationals Tournament at The Courts of Cebu was an absolute blast — incredible energy from start to finish! 💥
Connecting with amazing Bellas from all over the Philippines made it so special. It was the perfect blend of fun, challenge, and sisterhood — thrilling games, uplifting vibes, and priceless new friendships.
From quiet, reflective moments to loud, passionate cheers… we’re grateful to God for this beautiful experience. 🙌💖

What a splendid day it was—honestly, it still feels surreal even after a week! Grateful for the time we shared playing games, opening our hearts, and learning more about ourselves and each other.🥰
A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Jiji Harner for reminding us of the importance of quitting “overfunctioning,” inspired by Emotionally Healthy Women by Geri Scazzero. Truly, the “5 W’s” spoke to us—Wait, Watch, Weigh, Withdraw, and Welcome God’s direction—such powerful truths to carry in our daily lives.😊
We’re also so thankful for Ms. Othree Desierto for blessing us with her talent through a beautiful live painting—what a special gift to witness!❤️
We went home with joyful hearts, filled with wisdom, reflection, and God’s grace. �To more meaningful moments together, PQLEBELLES! 🩷
