Pregnant Women, Women with Monthly Period and if you are sick, it is strictly not advised to have a massage of any kind.
Pregnant Women - have the possibility of miscarriage;
Women with Monthly Period - will experience heavier flow than usual;
Sick Person- will feel better but the person who gave the massage will experience the sickness as well depends on the level of sickness
Make sure once in a while you take that “ME” time...treat yourself with a good massage for relaxation you deserve it
