If you book a rush appointment and cancel at the agreed time—or at the last minute—I will no longer be able to accommodate future rush bookings.

Please understand that I set aside my time specifically for your appointment. When it's canceled at the last minute, I also lose the opportunity to accept other clients who wanted that time slot.

I value everyone's time, and I kindly ask that the same respect be given to mine.

Going forward, if I experience repeated last-minute cancellations, disrespectful communication, or behavior that shows a lack of respect for my time and business, I will respectfully end our conversation and will no longer accept future appointments.

This isn't meant to be rude—it's simply a boundary I need to set to protect my time and provide the best service to clients who respect our scheduled appointments.
