Assistant Store Supervisor

Take the lead when the Store Supervisor is away and help keep the store running smoothly!

What You’ll Do:
• Handle daily operations – opening, closing, cashiering, and customer concerns
• Be the go-to person for staff and customers
• Track inventory and ensure shelves stay stocked
• Help organize schedules and support team development

What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
• 2+ years in retail or store operations, with some supervisory experience
• Able to motivate and guide staff to meet sales and service goals
• Familiar with store operations, cash handling, and compliance
• Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Strong organizational and communication skills
