Ang isinusulong ng mga Kongresista na batas sa pamamagitan ng House Bill 621 ay isang paglapastangan sa karapatan ng mga lumad. Ninanakaw nyo na nga ang kaban ng bayan, gusto nyo pang nakawan ang mga lumad sa kanilang mga lupain? Kapag eto ay naisabatas, sino ang makakapigil para angkinin ng mga oligarkiya ang mga lupaing dapat ay pinakikinabangan ng mga lumad?
