👉Order Confirmation & Delivery Policy

Once an order is confirmed with the required advance payment, it cannot be cancelled before dispatch, or after dispatch.

Customers are requested to ensure they are available to receive their parcel. Refusing delivery, intentionally remaining unavailable, providing incorrect contact details, or making any attempt to avoid accepting a confirmed order is not acceptable.

Our courier partner will make up to two delivery attempts. If the parcel is returned to us due to non-acceptance or customer unavailability, it will be re-dispatched only after the customer pays the applicable additional delivery charges. The parcel will continue to be re-dispatched with additional shipping charges until it is successfully received by the customer.

If a parcel is returned and the product is damaged or lost during the return shipment, we will not be held responsible, as the return occurred due to the customer’s failure to receive the parcel within the courier’s delivery attempts.

Advance payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including if the parcel is refused, returned due to customer unavailability, or not accepted for any reason.

Every order requires us to invest time, effort, product sourcing, packaging, and shipping arrangements. These policies help us maintain a smooth ordering process and protect our business from losses caused by non-serious orders.

👉COD Tax Policy

As per the applicable government tax regulations, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to an additional 4% tax on the COD amount.

Please note that this tax is collected in accordance with government policy. We do not charge or keep this amount personally, and therefore no discount, waiver, adjustment, or compensation can be provided against this tax.

If you wish to avoid paying the 4% COD tax, you may choose to pay the full order amount in advance. Advance-paid orders are not subject to this COD tax.

This policy applies equally to all customers, whether new or existing. There are no exceptions, as we are required to follow the applicable government regulations.
