Weekly Routine (Hair Growth Treatment)

📌 1. Derma Roller (Hafta mein 2–3 martaba)

Derma roller ko use se pehle alcohol spray ya dettol water se sanitize karen.

Scalp ke jis area mein baal patle ho rahe hain us par roller ko har direction (upar-neeche, daaye-baaye, aur cross) 5–6 dafa gently roll karein.

Zyada pressure na daalein, sirf halka sa sensation/lagna chahiye.

📌 2. Minoxidil 5% (Roz subah-sham)

Dropper se 1ml Minoxidil le kar directly scalp pe lagaen (sirf un areas mein jahan hair fall ya thinning hai).

Fingers se gently massage karein taake absorb ho jaye.

Lagane ke baad kam az kam 3–4 ghante tak sir na dhoyen.

📌 3. Hair Growth Serum (Roz raat ko)

Derma roller wale din bhi aur normal din bhi, raat ko Bioshe Hair Growth Serum lagayen.

⚠️ Important Tips

Derma roller ke baad sirf Minoxidil lagana hai (kyunki us waqt pores khule hote hain, absorption double ho jata hai).

Serum alag waqt (raat ko) lagana behtar hai.

Derma roller ko apna personal rakhein – kisi aur ko na dain.

Result dekhne ke liye minimum 3–4 months lagta hai, patience zaroori hai.
