From Costa Vicentina to Azores, 14 years ago, in love by our green treasures and all its nature potencial, Catarina Rola has made her nest and base on São Miguel Island. Travelling and understanding throught other cultures' perspective about the power of nature, she serves her patients with the perfect combination between ancient and contemporary knowledge, oriental philosophy and modern sciences.

The love for caring through others and the environment started at young age with her grandmother who was an herbalist herself. The integral Nutrition is her global project aiming to nourish your body, your mind and your senses. Hydrangea is born afterwards, completing now 3 years old, as the most recent project derived from My Integral Nutrition, where nourishing and healing is done for the skin and our senses.

Not only is Hydrangea nutrition for your skin but also for the environment. No chemicals nor artificial ingredients are being used, it is ocean life & planet friendly and you can re-use your containers.
