I committed to a weight loss programme… and this journey changed more than just my weight.
For years, I struggled with consistency and staying on track. But this time, I focused on building sustainable habits — no extreme dieting, no shortcuts.
By March, I hit 69.7kg.
And the real win? 2 months later, I maintained it… and even dropped further to 68.8kg.
