August is coming: the sustainable reset (not a detox) ๐ฟ
Not a cleanse. Not a reset. Not a list of 30 things to start doing.
Just one question: what do you actually want to feel like in August?
Every new month brings the same pull to start over completely โ new rules, new tracker, new version of yourself by the 1st. It rarely lasts, and that was never really the point.
Swipe through for a different way to think about next month โ one that starts with a feeling, not a checklist.
Drop your answer in the comments. August content is being built around your responses.

There isn't a "best" sport for every child.
Some children thrive in the energy of a football team. Others gain confidence by working towards their own personal best in swimming, gymnastics or martial arts.
The better question isn't "Should my child play a team sport or an individual sport?"
It's "Where is my child most likely to enjoy moving, build confidence and want to keep coming back?"
In our latest Parent's Playbook guide, we look at:
๐ The strengths and challenges of both team and individual sports
๐ Which environment may suit different personalities
๐ง Why age and development matter
๐ฐ Practical considerations for busy families
โค๏ธ Why the ultimate goal isn't to raise an elite athleteโbut to help children develop a lifelong love of movement.

Singapore's birth rate is once again making headlines.
The conversation usually focuses on one question: **Why aren't couples having more children?**
But perhaps we're asking the wrong question.
As a parent, I've realised that the challenge isn't simply deciding whether we want another child. It's everything that comes before, during and after that decision โ medical costs, housing, childcare, workplace culture, and even how welcoming our society is towards children.
This isn't about asking for more handouts. It's about asking whether we're making parenthood feel possible.
I'd love to hear your thoughts, especially if you're a parent or hoping to become one.

What 7 days of doing less actually showed our community ๐ฟ
Nobody felt more rested on Day 1. Or Day 2. Here's when something actually shifted.
We tracked what happened when people leaned into doing less for a week โ not a detox, not a new routine to perfect, just less. The guilt came first. The shift came later, and quieter than expected.
If you joined the Gentle July challenge, swipe through and see where your own Day 7 might land.
Share your Day 7 in the comments โ we want to read every single one.

Swipe through โ we're busting a few more of the myths we hear most about healthy ageing. Which one surprised you?
