The real disadvantages of cloth pads (and how to handle each one)
I make cloth pads for a living, so I could skip this part. I will not. Here is what people actually struggle with, and what helps.
WHO IT MAY NOT SUIT
Cloth is not for every situation
If you have nowhere to wash and dry things, or you often cannot carry a used pad home, disposables may be more practical for you. Plenty of people use cloth at home and disposables when they are out, and that is a perfectly good way to start.

Ever wondered what actually happens when you tap "Custom Studio"? Swipe through — from picking a print you love, all the way to sending your order on WhatsApp. Every pad still goes through me before anything gets confirmed, so nothing gets stitched until you've said yes to every detail. Yours could be next 🌸
This is the second path - need first. From this path, you select the type of pad you need first, you can select only 1 type here, and the next step lets you select multiple fabrics you can get this pad made in. Say you want a heavy pad in 5 different fabrics, you can do that here and in the configuration step, you can select each pad to be made in a different size and shape, or same size and shape, totally your call.
Add all these selected to the basket.

This part handles the first path - Fabric first, you like a print very much, select the print, next you can select the absorbency you want it to be made in. There are 5 choices, choose 1 or choose all, in the same fabric..and configure you sizes in the next step.
All selected and configured are added to the basket.

Can we talk about the pouches for a minute? 😄💜
Because they’re not just pretty packaging.
When I’m making your order, I’m obviously thinking about your pads; the size, shape, absorbency, prints…
But then there’s also the question:
Where are you going to keep all these pads once they reach you? 😂
So your Wonder Pads get their own little home.
Your pads are packed in the pouch when I send your order, and once they reach you, the pouch simply gets another job.
Keep your clean pads together in it at home.
Pop a few into it when you travel.
Keep different sets organised.
Carry it in your bag without having pads floating around loose.
And from the outside?
It just looks like a cute fabric pouch. 😊
And yes, there’s a sustainability reason behind it too.
If you’re already choosing something reusable, it never made much sense to me for the packaging to become useless the minute you open your order.
Is my packaging completely zero waste? Nope.
I still need mailers and mailing labels to actually get your order to you.
But wherever I can make something useful beyond that one moment, I’d rather do that.
One pouch. Lots of little jobs. And a home for your pads for years to come.
Or completely ignore everything I just said and use it to store something else.
It’s a pouch. I won’t judge.
Because sometimes sustainability is simply about making sure the things we already have keep being useful. ♻️🪡

Custom doesn’t always mean choosing lots of different things.
Sometimes custom means finding ONE thing you love… and wanting all of it.
This time it was Care Bears.
Same print, made in 2 different sizes and shapes to create one matching set. 2 11inch moderates and 2 6inch liners.
Your set can be colourful, completely mismatched, perfectly matching… or somewhere in between.
There’s no right way to build it.
You choose what you like. That’s the whole point of custom. 🪡
