Decision of the organizing committee on the misconduct of Three officials of Amal Hurah FC Wau.

1. Dr. Deng Stanlaus and Mr Joseph Edward officials of Al Amal Hurah FC, are hereby suspended from all football related activities for a period of 3 years and prohibited from entering football stadium's in accordance with article 50 paragraph (C) read together with article (46) Paragraph (A) of the South Sudan general regulations 2012 as amended in 2025.

2. Mr. Alexander is hereby issued a final warning with in accordance article 50 paragraph (A) of the South Sudan general regulations of 2012 as amended in 2025 . Any future misconduct or violation of football regulations shall attract a stricter disciplinary.

*Subject: Controls and Conditions for Registration and Official Transfers from 1 August to 31 October 2026*

*Article One: Introduction and Start Date*
The Association opens the registration and official transfers period for South Sudan players for the 2026 season until 2027, after this letter is received from the Wau Football Association and Wau County Administration.

*Article Two: Registration Procedures and Conditions*
1. All registration and transfer applications are submitted and reviewed at the Local Association office during official working hours.
2. Registration begins at the start of the official period from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM daily, until 6:00 PM on the last day of the registration period.
3. No player may be registered by more than one club, and registration is limited to official and youth categories only. Female players are not included.
4. Registration forms must be filled out by the club and signed by the player. Any unofficial forms will be rejected.
5. The club must submit a passport-size photo, copy of National ID or Birth Certificate, and personal data for each player with the registration form. Applications missing any of these will not be processed.
6. Clubs may not register more players than the allowed number of foreign players set by the Association.
7. Deadline for submitting player release requests: Friday, 24/7/2026.
8. Registration fees are as follows:
- First Division players: 70,000 SSP
- Second Division players: 50,000 SSP
- Third Division & Youth players: 40,000 SSP
- Women’s & School players: 15,000 SSP
- Foreign players (any category): 150,000 SSP
