One of my favorite press powders hit #1 ⭐️in this post I attended the ‘Together We Made No.1 KANEBO Melty Feel Wear II’ event to celebrate its success! Thank you for allowing me to be a part of it because it’s such a fantastic product and great for Asian skin, in this humid and hot weathers. Water Pilates, healthy recipes with YPS x Equal 💙 full day of activities until late evening! Equal is a brand I like to use, got so many products of theirs in my kitchen. I use the sugar sub, even their instant coffee is something I have repurposed over and over. don’t judge I am an instant coffee person 😉 and theirs is good! I recommend their caramel macchiato and expresso one. Today I got to try a salad dressing made with their sugar syrup (no sugar ofcourse). It was actually yummy and super easy to make

Today we were flowing into the glow with Nuxe ✨ and to my utter surprise I was the lucky girl today who won the big prize 👀🥰🙏🏻 so so lucky every time . I’ll share what it is soon, I actually don’t know what it is yet hehe 🤭 the beautiful Pilates studio at The breathing room has such nice natural lighting 🧘 so grateful for this event and meeting the lovely team behind it

จากใจคนที่เคยผ่านเรื่องแบบนี้มาตลอดเพราะชอบพูดภาษาอังกฤษกว่าไทย ถึงจะอยู่ไทยก็เถอะแต่เราชินและชอบ โดนคนไม่เข้าใจมาเยอะมาก แต่ก็มีคนครึ่งต่อครึ่งที่ชื่นชมและให้กำลังใจเราเสมอ 💕 เรื่องภาษาโดน bully กันเยอะ ขนาดคนที่พยายามพูดอังกฤษยังโดนหาว่าดัดจริตทั้งที่เค้าอยากฝึกภาษา อยากเก่งขึ้น ควรเป็นเรื่องที่น่าชื่นชมมั้ย แต่กลับโดนว่า ทำให้เสียความมั่นใจ ไม่กล้าพูดเลย คือไม่ว่าเราโตมายังไงเราสามารถพูดภษาอะไรที่เราต้องการก็ได้
แต่คิดว่าคนเราไม่ควรโดนบอกว่าอวดแค่เพราะเรากำลังเป็นตัวของตัวเองค่ะ
เรื่องภาษาอังกฤษเป็นทอปปิกที่คนทักบิ๋มเยอะที่สุดและนี่เป็นคลิปแรกที่บิ๋มพูดเรื่องนี้คลิปแรกก็เรื่องดราม่าเลย 😂😅 บิ๋มแค่คิดว่าประเด็นนี้มันสำคัญและสะท้อนสังคมเลยอยากเอามาแชร์ #ภาษาอังกฤษ

บิ๋มใช้แล้วชอบมาก มันใช้ง่าย กลิ่นหอม ครีมทาแล้วไม่เหนียวผิว ไม่มีอาการแสบ อาจร้อนนิดหน่อยตอนนวด แต่เหมาะมากเพราะบิ๋มมีช่วงต้นแขนกับพุงที่ลดไม่ลง ถึงจะเป็นคนชอบออกกำลังกาย มีตัวนี้มาช่วยก็เลยรู้สึกสบายใจขึ้น

One day with best friend 💙คบกันมาตั้งแต่อายุ 11 ขวบ 👯♀️วันนี้พาเพื่อนสนิทไปลง Ice bath ครั้งแรก ชีทำได้ 5 นาที! เริ่ดมากเพื่อนชั้น 💕 เป็นวันที่ได้อัพเดทชีวิตกันและกัน เล่าเรื่องตอนเด็กๆ แชร์เรื่องที่ลืมไปแล้วแต่เพื่อนเราดันจำได้ ความทรงจำต่างๆ ทำให้คิดถึงชีวิตตอนเด็กมาก เป็นวันที่มีความสุขที่สุดเลย แล้วเพื่อนคือคุณแม่ที่เก่ง เลี้ยงลูกแบบเข้าใจเรื่องอารมณ์ การเรียนรู้ของเด็ก ภูมิใจในตัวนางสุดๆ 🥰

Intimate settings, dimmed down lights and sexy atmosphere .bkk make this your next date night location 💕Food was fantastic… the cuisine is unique. It is a blend of Spanish and Mediterranean food. This place was a whole mood.
Here is what was served 💛⬇️
* Sopa de Marisco: Spanish seafood soup, rich and flavorful with mixed seafood - so rich and fragrant! ⭐️ Thai people will enjoy this taste
* Latirra Bowl: House signature bowl (usually a mix of grains, protein, and toppings - with creamy balsamic dressing. I thought this was interesting ⭐️
* Vedella & Pastanaga: Slow-cooked tender beef with smooth carrot purée, deep and comforting ⭐️
* Chipirones Fritos: Crispy fried baby squid, light and slightly salty (This was so delicious!) ⭐️
* Paella: Classic Spanish rice dish cooked with seafood - I really liked the way they presented it
* Crema Catalana: Spanish dessert, like crème brûlée with a caramelized sugar top. Dense and abit heavy
