Ganges or Ganga river, it was a breathtaking to see this place, lush green mountains, and I wash my feet to the river, and the water is cold because of the season. and we did cross the hanging bridge.It was a very good experienced.

Today is the 1st day of vinyasa class, its going to be a busy day from 6am till 7:30pm. I am excited and prepared, mentally and physically. have a great day to all. keep following my post for my day to day practice.
