March Update. This is a great chance for all Agricultural Science students, particularly those in their second year of school, to further their study in this field. This year, Apifoou College's Agricultural Science students chose Mahuleva Organic Learning Farm as the best farm centre to conduct their school field trip and practical activities, learning firsthand, and not only that, but this is the real teaching method that students will need to apply exactly what they have learned in theory so that they do not forget it for the rest of their lives. This is how the pupils learned and will be able to forecast their future paths. Mahuleva demonstrates several activities in easy learning-based training that incorporate gender equality, including the disabled group. The students learned how to mix soil and other ingredients to make a good vegetable seedling and potting mix, as well as how to sow seeds into seed trays for various vegetable varieties. They also learned about soil health, organic farming practices, crop cover, and the benefits of mucuna beans and neem plants. The last remarks from the children were that there were lots of mosquitoes on this farm; therefore, my final response was that these mosquitoes in Mahuleva do not affect you since they are organic mosquitoes and are free of dengue fever.
