The focus is on professional women wellness lifestyle transformation of inner energy to GROW WELL professionally and personally. My Wellness Programme 'Silk Cotton Wellness Ripple Right Programme' for busy mid-level professional women focuses on self-care practices that strengthen resilience, repurpose inner energy, reconnect with self, facilitate a renewed level of functioning, and BE WELL. The programme is individually-delivered with live on-line sessions of half-hour duration for 5 weeks.

Still celebrating Global Wellness Month in June with the 2024 theme: Connect with Nature.
I spent time yesterday exploring the wonders of the Lure Estate, Goldsborough, Tobago.
The tour was well organised and most importantly, I had FUN!
Lure Estate tour was led by Marianna of 3 Circles Energy Consultants Ltd.
