🍰 Bolo enrolado fofo caseiro com pasta de goiaba
✅ Ingredientes
Para a massa
4 ovos grandes
1 chávena (de chá) de açúcar
1 chávena (de chá) de farinha de trigo peneirada
1/2 chávena (de chá) de leite
2 colheres de sopa de manteiga derretida
1 colher de chá de essência de baunilha (opcional)
1 colher de sopa rasa de fermento em pó
Para o recheio
300 g de pasta de goiaba derretida **OU** compota à sua escolha
2 a 3 colheres de sopa de água (para ajudar a derreter a pasta de goiaba, se estiver muito firme)
🥄 Preparation
1️⃣ Prepare the dough
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Line a large baking tray with **baking paper** and lightly grease it.
3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar for **5 to 8 minutes**, until you have a light, fluffy cream.
4. Add the milk, melted butter and vanilla. Mix gently.
5. Gradually add the sifted flour, stirring gently so as not to lose the air in the dough.
6. Finish by adding the baking powder and mix lightly.
7. Pour the dough into the baking tray and spread it out so that it is evenly levelled.
8. Bake for **10 to 15 minutes**, until lightly browned and fluffy.
2️⃣ Filling
1. Place the guava paste in pieces with the water in a saucepan.
2. Melt over low heat until it becomes a soft cream.
3. Set aside.
3️⃣ Assembling the roll
1. Remove the dough from the oven and turn it out onto a clean, slightly damp cloth.
2. Carefully remove the baking paper.
3. Spread the hot filling over the entire surface of the dough.
4. With the help of the cloth, start rolling from the longest side, forming a roll.
5. Press lightly to make it firm.
6. Let it rest for a few minutes before cutting.
4️⃣ Finishing
Cut into slices with a serrated knife.
If desired, sprinkle icing sugar on top.
🍽️ Tips for perfection
The dough should come out of the oven **soft and pliable**, so don't let it brown too much.
The damp cloth prevents the roll from breaking.
Always fill with **hot** guava paste, so it spreads better.
You can substitute dulce de leche, chocolate cream, or strawberry jam.
